Noromectin Injection for Cattle, Sheep & Pigs is a ready to use solution of ivermectin 10mg/mL, a broad-spectrum antiparasitic treatment for cattle, sheep & pigs
Indications: Cattle - Noromectin Injection for Cattle, Sheep & Pigs is effective in the treatment and control of the following -
Gastrointestinal roundworms, including 4th stage -'L4' and adults (including arrested or hypobiotic stages *Ostertagia circumcincta*, O. lyrata,Haemonchus spp* Trichostrongylus axei, T colubriformis, Cooperia oncophora*, C. punctata*, Oesophagostomum radiatum,
Nematodirus spathiger, N. helvetianus, Strongyloides papillosus, Chabertia ovina, and Trichuris spp.
Lungworms (immature and adult): Dictyocaulus viviparus
Lice: Linognathus vituli, Haematopinus eurysternus’, Solenopotes capillatus. Aids in control of biting lice, Damalinia bovis.
Mites: Sarcoptes scabei var. bovis. Aids in control of Chorioptes bovis.
Persistant activity: Treatment given at the recommended dose rate effectively controls infections with Ostertagia spp. acquired at least 14 days after treatment; Cooperia spp acquired up to at least 7 days after treatment; and Dictyocaulus viviparous and Oesophagostomum radiatum acquired up to at least 21 days after treatment.1mL /50kg bodyweight

MILK: Cows & Sheep: Milk intended for sale for human consumption must be discarded during treatment and for not less than 35 days following the last treatment.
MEAT: Cattle producing meat or offal for human consumption must not be sold for slaughter either during treatment or within 49 days of the last treatment.
Where intramuscular injection may have occurred, cattle and sheep producing meat or offal for human consumption must not be sold for slaughter within 91 days of the last treatment.This product is not for intravenous or intramuscular use. Noromectin Injection for Cattle, Sheep & Pigs is a low-volume product registered for use in the stated species. It should not be used in other species as severe adverse reactions, including fatalities in dogs, may occur.
Pharmaceutical Precautions:
This product does not contain antimicrobial preservatives. Swab the cap with alcohol before each use. Use a dry, sterile needle and syringe or other injection equipment. Discard contents unused after 6 months from broaching the pack. Store below 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight.
Additional information:
Transitory discomfort has been noted following treatment in some cattle. A low incidence of soft tissue swelling at the injection site has been observed. These reactions disappear without treatment.
